The Project Department’s Construction Specialist 2 serves as the Project Coordinator & point of contact for all parties involved in capital construction projects. This role involves preparing and processing contract documents, facilitating approvals, responding to inquiries, and managing various project-related administrative tasks. The coordinator will also monitor and assist in the bid process, conduct bid openings, and prepare recommendations for award letters. Additionally, this position acts as a Prevailing Wage Coordinator.
