About The Position

We are seeking a Construction Project Administrator to join the team in Westchester County, in the White Plains / Ossining area. This is a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented construction administrator who enjoys keeping active projects organized, supporting field teams, and building long-term stability across a steady project pipeline.

Requirements

3+ years of construction administration, project coordination, or project support experience
Experience working in an onsite construction environment
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced project setting
Stable work history and interest in a long-term role

Nice To Haves

Multifamily residential construction experience
Ground-up or large-scale residential project experience
Procore or similar construction management software experience
Experience coordinating directly with PMs, Superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors

Responsibilities

Prepare, organize, and track contracts, purchase orders, change orders, submittals, and shop drawings
Support Project Managers with documentation, schedule updates, reporting, and follow-up items
Assist Superintendents with daily field tracking, manpower logs, deliveries, and subcontractor activity
Maintain accurate project files, logs, meeting notes, and compliance documentation
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, field leaders, and office teams
Track insurance, permits, OSHA documentation, and other required project records
Attend project meetings, capture clear minutes, and help keep action items moving
