This role involves accurately entering and posting subcontractor expenses, corresponding with vendors for invoice accuracy, and communicating with Project Managers regarding budget discrepancies. The assistant will also manage lien releases, assist with project close-outs, maintain electronic files, and support project setup. Additionally, the role requires close collaboration with project accountants to resolve payment issues, participation in training, and assisting with workload as needed. Other projects and duties as assigned.
