The Construction Project Accounting Assistant will be responsible for verifying the accuracy of subcontractor and vendor invoices, ensuring proper documentation is included, and accurately entering this information into the CMiC Image Manager Module. This role involves corresponding with subcontractors and vendors to resolve invoicing issues, managing lien releases, and assisting with project close-out procedures. The assistant will also be involved in project setup, maintaining electronic files, and supporting project accountants with their workload. Training will be provided to ensure the individual can perform all duties effectively.
