About The Position

Rightfiber is hiring a Construction Operator to support infrastructure projects installing fiber and utility lines. The role operates heavy machinery, including boring machines and cable plows. Candidates should be prepared for hard work, travel, outdoor work in all conditions, and handling heavy loads.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of field experience.
• Ability to handle 100+ lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Expertise with backhoes, trenchers, and skid loaders.
• Commitment to following safety manuals and looking out for the crew.
• Willingness to travel.
