About The Position

Rightfiber is hiring a Construction Operator to support infrastructure projects installing fiber and utility lines. The role involves operating heavy machinery, including boring machines and cable plows, and requires travel. The operator works outdoors in all conditions and handles heavy loads while following safety procedures and looking out for the crew.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the field.
• Ability to handle 100+ lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Expertise with backhoes, trenchers, and skid loaders.
• Commitment to following safety manuals and looking out for the crew.
