About The Position

Rightfiber is hiring a Construction Operator to support infrastructure projects by operating heavy machinery to install fiber and utility lines. The role requires hard work, travel, outdoor work in all conditions, and the ability to handle heavy loads. Operators are expected to use equipment safely and look out for their crew.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of field experience.
• Ability to handle 100+ lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
• Expertise with backhoes, trenchers, and skid loaders.
• Commitment to following safety manuals and looking out for the crew.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, including boring machines and cable plows, to install fiber and utility lines.
• Follow safety manuals and look out for crew members.
• Travel for construction work.
