About The Position

Milton CAT is seeking a knowledgeable professional to join its Machine Technology Team. The role uses hands-on equipment-operation experience to educate and support customers so they can maximize the performance and capabilities of Caterpillar machines and integrated technology. The company provides comprehensive training on Caterpillar products, a flexible schedule, a company vehicle, a computer, and a cell phone. This is a salaried position with a pay range of $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience. Occasional overnight travel and travel to other Milton CAT locations may be required. Requirements

• At least three years of experience in site work, earth moving, or heavy construction.
• Basic understanding of construction layout and grading.
• Proficiency using a computer and related software.
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to use a company vehicle for travel.
• Ability to travel to other Milton CAT locations as needed.

Responsibilities
