About The Position

Kleinfelder's Hayward, CA office is seeking a Laboratory Construction Materials Testing Technician to join their Construction Services team. This role involves performing routine to complex testing of construction materials in the laboratory to verify conformance to construction plans, specifications, and geotechnical engineering purposes. The technician will test soils, asphalt, aggregates, and concrete materials and must be detail-oriented. Tasks may vary at the discretion of the supervisor. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must be able to use a computer.
• General knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
• Must have own vehicle, a valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Willing to travel locally as required to fulfill local project assignments.
