About The Position

GAYLOR ELECTRIC, INC, is seeking a Construction Manager to work in Fishers, IN to be responsible for designing, cost estimating, quality control, surveying, managing, and monitoring project performance. Will work with architects and engineers on design procedures and techniques. Interacts with the Project Manager, Field Manager, General Superintendent, and Human Resource Department, among others. The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. This role involves supervising the entire construction process, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, managing the construction site, ensuring safety regulations, and coordinating all aspects of the project team.

Requirements

  • Experience in designing, cost estimating, quality control, surveying, managing, and monitoring project performance.
  • Ability to work with architects and engineers on design procedures and techniques.
  • Experience in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Proven ability to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  • Experience in supervising the entire construction process, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Experience in managing a construction site.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations.
  • Strong coordination skills for project teams.
