We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team. This role is a full‑time, on‑site position (40 hours per week) supporting active construction projects throughout the Phoenix Metro area.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering.
A Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is preferred.
Applicable experience of 4-8 years working in the water, wastewater, transportation or civil construction industry, preferably as a Construction Manager, Field Engineer, Civil Construction Inspector, or similar may be substituted for the degree requirement
Knowledge of construction means & methods and quality control measures, along with knowledge and experience in water/wastewater construction is a plus
Proactive and self-motivated individual, able to meet challenging time constraints
Proficient with Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software
Familiar with Microsoft Project and P6 Scheduling software a plus

Nice To Haves

A Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration is preferred.
Familiar with Microsoft Project and P6 Scheduling software a plus

Responsibilities

Act as Liaison or Main Contact / Coordinator with Client (City/Owner) and Contractor during construction projects
Reviews project plans, requirements and specifications to develop a comprehensive understanding of the project
Facilitate Progress/Owner Meetings
Prepare Meeting Minutes and distribute to Project Team
Interpret and provide recommendations for the Prime Contract between Contractor and City/Owner
Oversee Construction Contract Budget, Review Schedule of Values and Payment Applications submitted by Contractor
Review Contractor’s Schedules / Provide Comments to Contractor and City/Owner
Review Cost Proposals from the Contractor / Provide recommendations to City/Owner.
Perform inspections of work performed by the Contractor, including coordination with subconsultants, etc.
Take photographs and prepare daily reports documenting work activities performed and whether they comply with project requirements
Prepare project punch lists, review contractor redlines, and prepare project close out documents
