About The Position
The Redland Company is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee and manage the Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers while providing leadership on heavy civil/site‑work projects. Experience in the construction of roadways, commercial/Residential site development, airport, and underground utilities. You will be required to collaborate with senior management within the company.
Requirements
- 10+ years in heavy civil / site development
- Previous project management experience
- Strong understanding of earthwork, utilities, grading & drainage
- Ability to read plans & manage production
- Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
- Manage project management team
- Oversee project managers subcontracts, PO’s, change orders, and close out projects according to the deadline while keeping within budget.
- Provide leadership on heavy civil/site‑work projects
- Ensure quality and productivity
