Requirements

  • Hands‑on construction experience — you know how jobsites run and how to lead people.

  • Tech fluency — Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to read drawings, specs, and field documents with confidence.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead field teams — Guide Site Supers, Foremen, subcontractors, and craft workers to keep the jobsite productive, safe, and aligned.
  • Own day‑to‑day site operations — Coordinate manpower, equipment, deliveries, inspections, and daily work plans.
  • Champion jobsite safety — Ensure every worker goes home safe. Enforce safety plans, conduct audits, and model safe behavior.
  • Manage field logistics — Oversee site setup, trailers, laydown areas, signage, access, and material flow.
  • Execute the schedule — Break down the master schedule into weekly work plans and keep crews on track.
  • Coordinate subcontractors — Hold trade partners accountable for quality, safety, and productivity.
  • Review drawings + specs — Ensure field teams are building from the latest documents.
  • Manage RFIs + field issues — Identify conflicts, submit RFIs, and work with PMs to resolve issues quickly.
  • Support procurement + material tracking — Confirm deliveries, inspect materials, and keep the site stocked and organized.
  • Ensure quality control — Verify installation meets specs, standards, and client expectations.
  • Document progress — Daily reports, photos, updates, and communication through Procore.
  • Support change management — Identify field impacts, support pricing, and help implement changes.
  • Drive project closeout — Punch lists, testing, commissioning support, and turnover documentation.
