Construction Manager
About The Position

This role offers a 36-hour work week to enhance work/life balance. The Construction Manager is responsible for working with the customer to build their dream home, schedule trades, and ensure the home is built with attention to quality, meeting building time expectations, and exceeding homeowner satisfaction. The role involves building assigned homes within time, cost, quality, and satisfaction standards, and participating in pre-construction meetings with the General Manager, Customer Coordinators, and homeowners.
Requirements
- Proficient in understanding residential construction systems.
- Technical construction knowledge to understand construction processes and terminology to assist in management of field personnel and systems.
- Computer experience – the ability to use technology (Smart Phone, I-Pad).
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.

- Prior scattered-site residential construction experience.
