They are responsible for working with the customer to build their dream home, schedule trades and ensure the home is built with attention to quality, meeting building time expectations and exceeding homeowner satisfaction! The role builds assigned homes within time, cost, quality and satisfaction standards and participates in pre-construction meetings with the General Manager, Customer Coordinators and homeowners.

Requirements

Technical construction knowledge to understand construction processes and terminology to assist in management of field personnel and systems.
Computer experience – the ability to use technology (Smart Phone, I-Pad).
Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence.

Nice To Haves

Prior scattered-site residential construction experience.

Responsibilities
