About The Position

B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project. This role involves leading crews, handling inspector walkthroughs, and collaborating with project owners on high-impact infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in underground utility, directional drilling, or conduit installation projects, and possess exceptional leadership and communication skills. The position requires a commitment to 100% heavy travel along project corridors (Panguitch/US-89 region).

Requirements

Proven track record in underground utility, directional drilling, or conduit installation projects.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, RFIs, and submittals using Bluebeam and MS Office.
Willingness to commit to 100% heavy travel along project corridors (Panguitch/US-89 region).
