About The Position

B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking an experienced Construction Field Superintendent to lead site operations for our UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project. This role involves managing field crews, ensuring job-site safety, coordinating subcontractors, and working closely with division leads to drive high-impact utility infrastructure. The position requires a strong background in underground utility installation, heavy equipment operations, and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). Proficiency in reading blueprints and drawings, along with knowledge of Bluebeam and MS Office, is essential. The role demands a self-driven leader with high integrity, a proactive and positive attitude, and a total commitment to safety. Requirements

  • Solid background in underground utility installation.
  • Experience with heavy equipment operations.
  • Experience with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
  • Proven track record managing field crews.
  • Proven track record driving job-site safety.
  • Proven track record coordinating subcontractors.
  • Proficiency reading blueprints and drawings.
  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam and MS Office.
  • Must be willing to travel 100% of the time along the project corridor (Panguitch/US-89 region).
