Construction Field Superintendent - Underground Utility & Fiber Optics
About The Position
B.H. Inc. (BHI) is seeking an experienced Construction Field Superintendent to lead site operations for our UDOT Zion Canyon Fiber Optic Project. This role involves leading site operations, driving job-site safety, and coordinating subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in underground utility installation, heavy equipment operations, and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD). This position requires a self-driven leader with a proactive, positive attitude and a total commitment to safety, who pays close attention to detail and leads with high integrity.
Requirements
- Solid background in underground utility installation, heavy equipment operations, and Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD).
- Proven track record managing field crews, driving job-site safety, and coordinating subcontractors.
- Proficiency reading blueprints and drawings.
- Working knowledge of Bluebeam and MS Office.
- Must be willing to travel 100% of the time along the project corridor (Panguitch/US-89 region).
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
