We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – Industrial Projects to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide construction leadership and support across multiple industrial projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Mechanical Engineering background or trade background preferred
  • Journeyperson Pipefitter or Boilermaker experience strongly preferred
  • Strong industrial construction background with experience supporting large-scale projects
  • Proven experience leading field execution through Superintendents and Foremen
  • Mechanical, structural, piping, civil, or multidiscipline construction experience considered an asset
  • Ability to plan work, identify constraints, and drive successful project execution
  • Strong safety and quality mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
  • Commercial awareness related to change management, delays, standby, productivity, and project documentation
  • Calm, practical leadership style with strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with clients, subcontractors, field leadership, and project teams
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver's abstract

Responsibilities

  • Provide construction oversight across active industrial projects
  • Support Superintendents with planning, manpower loading, sequencing, and workface readiness
  • Coordinate with Project Management, Safety, Quality, Procurement, and field teams
  • Review upcoming scopes for drawings, materials, equipment, permits, and quality requirements
  • Identify and remove construction roadblocks before they impact project execution
  • Support recovery plans and schedule improvement initiatives when required
  • Ensure field activities meet safety, quality, and client expectations
  • Oversee daily reports, field documentation, and change management support
  • Assist with constructability reviews, execution planning, and estimating activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
