About The Position

Seeking a Construction Manager II (CM2) to perform construction inspection and construction management duties on assigned projects. This role involves leading project inspections on multiple projects, directing inspectors and field staff, and collaborating with engineers during construction. The CM2 will communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and engineers, complete daily construction reports and other assigned documentation, and assist the Construction Manager as needed. The position requires an understanding of budgets and cost assignments and a willingness to attend outside training such as OSHA and ACI.

Requirements

2-6 years field experience in construction or construction management.
Must be able to read plans and specifications.
Good Communication skills
2 - 6 Years’ Experience
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in Engineering or Construction Management and Engineering in Training or Construction Management Manager in Training (EIT or CMIT) from the appropriate state agency or CMAA or the ability to obtain within 6 months of employment, or equivalent experience.
Valid Driver’s License
Able to use Microsoft Programs and others as assigned
Willing to Travel
Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Perform Construction Inspection and Construction Management duties on projects assigned.
Able to lead project inspection on multiple projects.
Able to direct inspectors and field staff.
Able to work with Engineers on projects during construction.
Able to communicate with Clients, Contractor ad Engineers.
Complete Daily Construction Reports and other documentation as assigned by Construction Manager.
Assist Construction Manager as assigned.
Ability to understand budgets and cost assignments.
Willing to attend outside training – OSHA, ACI, Etc.
Other Duties as Assigned.
