About The Position
The Department of Environmental Services (DES) is seeking a Construction Management Specialist to join the Engineering Bureau. This role serves as the Project Officer responsible for inspecting and overseeing contracted work on construction sites for capital improvement, stormwater, and utility projects. The specialist will also manage construction contracts and act as a liaison to project managers. Construction projects include capital projects being built by the County and infrastructure projects impacting the County right-of-way.
