This is a federal contracting opportunity that the Company is bidding on and has not been awarded. The availability of this position is contingent upon successful award of the contract. The Construction Management Representative (CMR) serves as the Government's on-site representative responsible for providing construction management, quality assurance, inspection, documentation, contract administration support, and project coordination throughout the life cycle of federally funded construction projects. The CMR ensures all work is completed in accordance with contract requirements, design documents, applicable codes, safety regulations, quality standards, and Government policies while serving as the liaison between the Government, Architect-Engineer (A/E) firms, contractors, and project stakeholders. This position requires extensive experience managing complex civil, vertical, utility, water, and wastewater infrastructure projects, with particular emphasis on Federal Government construction practices and National Park Service (NPS) Denver Service Center (DSC) workflows. Candidates shall provide documentation for three (3) comparable construction projects demonstrating relevant Construction Management Representative experience in order to be considered which include project details such as name, location, titles and contact phone or email information along with size and approximate dollar value of project.
