About The Position
Bilfinger Industrial Services Inc., known as a leading one stop shop provider for complex industrial services is seeking a Construction Management Intern. The objective of our Internship program is to outline a systematic On Board & Training program with our organization through the Bilfinger mentoring program. The intent is to engage our intern into all aspects of our engineering/industrial construction business.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, etc.)
- Strong desire to learn about the engineering/industrial construction business.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with colleagues.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new environments.
- Must pass a background check in compliance with the fair credit reporting act and a drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Observe the “full life cycle” of a standard project.
- Become familiar with the internal workings of an engineering/construction services corporation.
- Be able to see the practical applications of my major(s)
- Forge a solid, working relationship with co-workers that encourages learning through inquiry.
- Be able to learn a few things that can be carried to other future careers.
- Learn a little bit about myself (such as personal capabilities and limitations).
