About The Position

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has excellent opportunities in its Albuquerque office for experienced Construction Litigation Attorneys. This position involves engagement in complex litigation, including construction defense and other civil litigation matters. Candidates will work with a collaborative team under the direction of skilled leaders and trial attorneys. Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of construction litigation experience
• Excellent litigation, communication, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
• Strong academic backgrounds
• Proven skills in research
• Self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Licensed to practice in New Mexico

Nice To Haves

• Trial experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other documents
• Reviewing and analyzing documents for relevance and privilege
• Preparing for, attending, and summarizing depositions
• Coordinating with witnesses
• Communicating with clients, courts, and other counsel
• Drafting and arguing motions
• Handling appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
