Litigation Associate Attorney (Construction) experience

Responsibilities

Preparation and drafting of pleadings, discovery, motions and memoranda of law.
Deposition, hearing, mediation, and trial preparation and attendance.
Client relations and communications.
Reviewing legal issues and preparing memoranda analyzing legal and factual issues.
Document review.
