About The Position
The Freelance Firm is a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals providing remote, on-demand support for legal projects for client law firms. Due to increased demand, they are interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated Texas and/or New Mexico-based Construction Litigation Attorney. Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately 10+ hours per week.
Requirements
- Licensed in good standing to practice law in the State of Texas and/or New Mexico
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Construction Litigation
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently

- High-level drafting
- Intermediate revision/review of Motions
