About The Position

Williams Parker, a large and established law firm, is looking for an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join their team in Sarasota, Florida. The role involves handling various legal aspects of construction projects, such as contract negotiation, risk management, bid protests, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. The attorney will collaborate with clients to ensure legal and regulatory adherence and assist in resolving any construction-related issues. This position also requires teamwork with other attorneys to offer comprehensive legal services.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of construction law, including experience with contract negotiation and dispute resolution.
Experience advising clients on construction-related contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively manage priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction litigation.
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to become a member of The Florida Bar in the near future.
