Requirements
- 3-5 years of construction law or equivalent experience.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong references.
- Superb written and oral communication skills.
- WA Bar membership.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in preparing and negotiating construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements is beneficial.
- Prior AmLaw 100 experience.
- Judicial clerkship experience.
Responsibilities
- Litigating all types of construction disputes, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes such as mechanic’s lien, bond, and stop notice claims, and breach of contract claims.
- Preparing and negotiating construction contracts, change orders, and other construction-related agreements.
