About The Position
Universe Living is seeking an energetic Construction Laborer to assist with various CapEx, remodeling and construction projects across our San Fernando portfolio.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of construction or general labor experience preferred
- MUST have a valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation; ability to travel between job sites
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, safety practices, and job site procedures
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and general labor to support construction and renovation projects
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment between sites
- Support skilled trades (carpentry, electrical, plumbing) with basic tasks
- Perform demolition and debris removal in a safe and efficient manner
- Complete minor repairs such as painting, drywall patching, and basic carpentry
