About The Position

The Grout Medic is seeking a full-time, year-round Tile and Grout Technician with a strong work ethic, a positive and flexible attitude, and some experience in the field. This role involves restoring tile surfaces for homeowners, providing services such as tile and grout cleaning, tile repair, regrouting, caulking, and minor repair services. The company emphasizes a safe and happy work environment, offering on-the-job training and reliable company vehicles. Technicians are the face of the company and are expected to interact positively with clients.

Requirements

At least six months of relative experience in construction, handyman work, or grout/tile services.
Availability to work Monday through Friday with some potential weekend work.
A valid driver's license without restrictions.
Ability to walk for long periods of time.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging, and use of various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing.
