About The Position
Portland Utilities Construction Co., LLC, a water and wastewater pipe rehabilitation specialist for over 30 years, has general laborer positions open on its current underground utility construction projects. The company seeks talented candidates with a high learning ability to move up the construction ladder. At PUCC when you get dirty water gets clean!
Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Completion of construction or building vocational or trade school, military service
- Farm, landscaping, or other basic construction experience
Responsibilities
- Performing general construction tasks to support the foreman and skilled craft workers to ensure production goals are met.
- Unloading tools, and materials and assisting in setting up equipment.
- Directing traffic safely around the construction or road maintenance site.
- Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly.
- Ensure safety practices and policies are followed.
- Digging, leveling, etc. using shovel, rake and other small power tools.
- Running job site errands.
