About The Position
Skillforce is actively hiring Construction Laborers for a long-term project in Sparks, NV. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and looking for consistent hours with excellent earning potential, we want to hear from you! OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification is REQUIRED.
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction experience
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (required)
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to stay alert and attentive throughout long shifts
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety practices
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction or job site experience preferred
- OSHA 30 Certification
Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned areas and site facilities throughout the shift
- Help maintain a safe, organized, and secure job site
- Prevent vandalism, misuse, or damage to company property
- Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns to site management
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, workers, and subcontractors
- Remain at your assigned post as directed
- Assist with general site operations as needed
