What a Typical Day Looks Like Start at our Centennial yard , load up, and head to the job site Work with your crew installing foundation repair systems Learn to run equipment like skid steers, mini excavators, and hydraulic drive heads Complete the job, clean up, and head back to the yard What You’ll Get 4-day work week (Mon–Thurs, 10-hour shifts) – most Fridays off Weekly pay (direct deposit) Paid overtime opportunities Quarterly profit sharing (performance + safety based) Medical, PTO, sick leave, IRA match Company-provided shirts and safety gear Annual boot reimbursement Hands-on equipment training Advancement opportunities (Laborer → Operator → Foreman) Year-round, full-time work What We’re Looking For Able to lift 70+ lbs and perform physical work Reliable transportation to our Centennial yard Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to follow direction and work on a team Professional and respectful on customer job sites Bottom Line If you want steady work, real skills, and a path to move up, this is the opportunity.
