About The Position

We are hiring Laborers to join our construction crews building post frame structures, framed buildings, siding, roofing systems, and light concrete work. This is an entry-level position with a clear path to becoming a skilled carpenter. You will work under a Foreman and alongside experienced carpenters who will train you. You are expected to work hard, learn fast, and earn your place on the crew.

Requirements

Entry-level position; no prior construction experience required, but must have a basic understanding of common hand tools and how to use them safely
Basic ability to use hand tools (hammer, tape measure, saw) is required
Must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and working outdoors in all conditions
Willingness to learn construction skills quickly
Must be fit and able to work in rafters, on roofs, and on scaffolding
Show up on time and ready to work
Take direction without resistance
Work at a steady, consistent pace
Pay attention and learn from those around you
Respect the crew and the job
You are expected to work, not stand around
You follow instructions and complete assigned tasks
You improve week by week
