This role involves site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and assisting skilled trades to keep projects running efficiently and safely. Requirements

• 1+ year of construction labor experience preferred
• Experience working on commercial or multifamily job sites is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation to the job site
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
• Working in active construction environments
• Ability to work early morning start times

Nice To Haves

• Experience working on commercial or multifamily job sites is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform general job site cleanup and debris removal
• Load, unload, and move construction materials
• Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
• Support demolition activities
• Help with site setup and breakdown
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow supervisor instructions and project timelines
• Adhere to all safety standards and PPE requirements
