About The Position
This role involves performing various construction tasks, including assisting with day-to-day construction activities, operating and caring for construction equipment, and supporting skilled labor. The position requires preparing construction sites, handling materials, assembling temporary structures, and earthwork.
Requirements
- Ability to perform manual labor.

- Skill in loading/unloading materials.
- Experience with assembling/disassembling temporary structures.
- Proficiency in earth removal, filling, and compacting.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day construction tasks, including hand-digging, spotting cables, rodding, assisting with excavation, MOT, Safety, and general maintenance of all equipment.
- Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
- Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
- Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
- Load or unload construction materials.
- Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
- Remove, fill, or compact earth.
