We are seeking dependable Construction Laborers to support active commercial and multifamily construction projects. This role involves site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and assisting skilled trades to keep projects running efficiently and safely. Requirements
- 1+ year of construction labor experience preferred
- Experience working on commercial or multifamily job sites is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Perform general job site cleanup and debris removal
- Load, unload, and move construction materials
- Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other trades as needed
- Support demolition activities
- Help with site setup and breakdown
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow supervisor instructions and project timelines
- Adhere to all safety standards and PPE requirements
