About The Position

South Shore Gunite Pools & Spas, Inc. is the largest pool building/service company in New England and has an exciting position open for Construction Laborers. Our office is located in North Billerica, MA. We provide construction services to residential/commercial markets in the New England area and employ over 200 people. We have many opportunities for growth and to further a career here at South Shore Gunite Pools & Spas, Inc. This is an entry-level position with room for growth, and experienced applicants are encouraged to apply. It is a seasonal position, generally from April through November, but could go year-round. The work involves following instructions from supervisors/crew leaders, using various hand tools, and general clean-up around the work site. Work sites are outdoors in all kinds of weather. A valid driver's license is highly recommended, and applicants must be at least 18 years of age. The role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, the ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds, a positive attitude and work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as an active member of a crew. Excellent attendance is expected. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and reliable person with the desire to learn and the ability to work and communicate as a team player. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
