Construction Laborer
About The Position
We are seeking dependable, motivated, and experienced Construction Laborers to join our team. This position plays a key role in the construction and assembly of modular homes. Candidates must have experience performing one or more aspects of residential construction, including rough framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, trim work, and finish carpentry. The ability to accurately read and use a tape measure is a mandatory requirement for this position and is essential to performing daily job tasks safely and efficiently. Requirements
- Experience performing one or more aspects of residential construction, including rough framing, roofing, siding, plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, trim work, and finish carpentry.
- Accurate and efficient use of a tape measure.
- Ability to identify various lumber products.
- Hand/power tool experience.
- Experience in carpentry/construction.
- Graduation from high school or GED equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the action by helping assemble and construct custom modular homes. You’ll bring your skills in framing, roofing, siding, flooring, and finishing work to life.
- Use construction equipment and tools with skill and precision.
- Work closely with your team, following project plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Keep the worksite safe and tidy, sticking to all safety regulations and company policies.
Benefits
- Consistent and predictable schedule (40 hours per week Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM, with occasional early starts of 5:00 AM as needed).
