About The Position
At Horizon Commercial Pools, we don’t just build and restore pools, we create spaces where people relax, play, and make memories. We’re looking for hardworking, hands-on team members to join our pool finishing crew, working on both commercial and residential projects (indoors and outdoors). If you enjoy staying active, working with a team, and seeing the results of your work come to life, this might be the perfect fit.
Requirements
- Construction or trades experience is a plus—but we’re happy to train motivated individuals
- Ability to stay active on the job (bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, moving throughout the day)
- A positive, team-first attitude with strong customer awareness
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Willingness to travel about 25% (with a $68 daily per diem)
Responsibilities
- Support our pool finishing crews on job sites
- Assist with resurfacing and restoring pools for our customers
- Work on a variety of projects—no two days look the same
