Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to follow procedures and contribute to team success

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience in a similar lab or materials testing role
• ACI or UDOT certifications
• Coursework or degree in civil engineering, construction management, or geology
• ACI – Soils, Conrete, Asphalt Certifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and test construction materials such as soils, aggregates, and concrete
• Perform laboratory testing including: Moisture Content, Sieve Analysis, Atterberg Limits, Proctor Compaction, Consolidation, Direct Shear, Compressive Strength
• Record accurate data and report findings to the Laboratory Manager
• Maintain lab equipment and workspace according to safety and quality standards
