Requirements

• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Basic math skills.
• Valid New York State driver’s license.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Physically test construction materials, including concrete, masonry, soil, aggregate, and rock, in accordance with ASTM and AASHTO methods.
• Follow safety standards and procedures.
• Accurately enter test results into electronic report templates.
• Communicate effectively with other laboratory staff and supervisors.
