Construction Intern - Field
About The Position
As a Summer Intern at Black & Veatch, you will play a meaningful role in addressing some of the world’s most critical infrastructure challenges. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse, impactful projects that support our clients’ goals while fostering your professional growth and advancing the success of Black & Veatch. As a Construction Intern, you would assist field superintendents in every day task completion. This may include daily reports, material expediting/location, cost/progress reporting, etc. Industrial field construction with ability to work in outdoor/rugged environment. Individual contributor with no subordinates.
Requirements
- Current enrollment in an accredited university in a Construction/Management Engineering program.
- Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Assist field superintendents in everyday task completion.
