Construction Integration Manager (Lehi, Utah)

Texas Instruments•Lehi, UT
•Onsite

About The Position

Texas Instruments is expanding its manufacturing footprint through the LFAB2 fab project in Lehi, Utah. During the early phases of construction and MERFEI installation, the Construction Integration Manager serves as the link between Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams in the field. The role works with Area Construction Managers and area owners to integrate schedules, costs, materials, labor, and support needs across adjacent and interdependent areas, keeping field execution aligned and coordinated. The manager facilitates cross-area planning, identifies and resolves dependencies and constraints, coordinates design and material needs, and monitors the schedule and cost effects of inter-area issues. The position promotes consistent execution across areas while respecting the autonomy of individual Area Construction Managers, and supports resolution of field issues requiring coordinated input from multiple functions. Texas Instruments will not sponsor applicants for visas or work authorization for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related degree or field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience supporting construction, engineering, or project integration on large-scale or complex projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and people in different functions.
  • Ability to take initiative and drive results.
  • Strong time-management skills to support on-time project delivery.
  • Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Ability to build strong, influential relationships.
  • Strong customer-service orientation and ownership of issue resolution.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of fab non-process and process systems.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or large-scale industrial construction projects.
  • Experience coordinating Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams in a field execution environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional, cross-area dependencies involving schedule, cost, material, and labor.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling and tracking systems such as PMWeb or Primavera P6.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results with urgency and ownership in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary integration point between Engineering, Procurement, and Construction teams to align field execution plans across disciplines.
  • Partner with Construction Project Managers to identify and resolve inter-area dependencies involving schedule, cost, material, labor, and support.
  • Coordinate work sequencing, resource allocation, and material and equipment availability across adjacent areas.
  • Identify schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and material gaps between areas, and drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Engineering to communicate and integrate design intent, technical requirements, and field changes across affected areas.
  • Coordinate with Procurement to align material and equipment delivery with area-level construction sequencing and cross-area dependencies.
  • Support labor planning and coordination across areas to prevent workforce bottlenecks, overlaps, or gaps.
  • Facilitate regular integration meetings with Area Construction Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Project Controls to identify and resolve cross-area issues.
  • Monitor project schedule and cost impacts resulting from inter-area dependencies, escalating risks to Construction and PMOC leadership as needed.
  • Maintain visibility into area-level plans and field conditions to anticipate downstream impacts and support proactive decisions.
  • Drive alignment and consistency in execution across areas while respecting the autonomy of individual Area Construction Managers.
  • Support resolution of field issues spanning multiple areas or requiring coordinated Engineering, Procurement, and Construction input.
