Requirements
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE NO EXCEPTIONS.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation.
- You are a self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve.
- You understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 80lbs).
- Ability to work well independently unsupervised.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Show initiative and willingness to learn.
Nice To Haves
- Past experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
- An Engineering educational background is an asset.
- Experience in line striping and/or pavement repair is an asset.
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields.
Responsibilities
- Asphalt paving and repairs.
- Concrete installation and finishing.
- Dirt work and site preparation.
- Crack sealing and seal coating.
- Parking lot striping and thermoplastic application.
- Demolition and cleanup.
- Operating hand tools and construction equipment.
- Following safety procedures on all job sites.
