About The Position

This role involves performing various construction labor tasks, primarily focused on concrete work. Responsibilities include setting and pouring concrete forms, cleaning work sites, and loading/unloading equipment. The position requires adherence to safety standards and the ability to work in variable weather conditions. The company provides optional shared employee housing for rent.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have at least one year (12 months) of construction experience.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Must be physically able to lift and carry 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work required hours on Saturday and Sunday, when necessary.
• Must be able to work overtime, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.
• Must understand that extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought can reduce the number of working hours.
• Must be able to work in variable weather and temperatures.
• Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands and arms to grasp, hold, and carry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set aluminum concrete forms.
• Pour concrete into forms.
• Carry, hold, position, and remove forms from set concrete using saws, hammers, nails, or bolts.
• Clean work sites.
• Load/unload equipment from trucks.
• Take proper safety precautions and use equipment properly according to safety standards.
• Complete other related duties as requested by supervisor.
