About The Position

Green Garden is a Seattle-based landscaping company focused on residential maintenance and small-scale hardscape construction. We are growing our construction team and looking for someone who can lead from the front. This role involves owning construction projects from start to finish, including paver patios, retaining walls, and related hardscape work on residential and small HOA properties throughout Seattle. The foreman will manage their crew day-to-day, keep projects on schedule, and serve as a reliable point of contact for clients and the office.

Requirements

3+ years in hardscape construction, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or foreman role
Valid driver's license with a clean record

Responsibilities

Lead the installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways, retaining walls, and related hardscape on residential and HOA sites
Manage crew assignments, daily workflow, and site safety
Keep projects on schedule and communicate proactively with the office about timelines, materials, and any issues that come up
Maintain equipment and ensure tools and materials are tracked and ready
Hold finished work to a high standard — quality that clients notice and that we can stand behind
