About The Position

Responsible for leading the estimating process for commercial construction projects by preparing accurate, competitive bids, coordinating with internal teams and subcontractors, and supporting successful project pursuits from pre-bid through award.

Requirements

• Experience in preparing detailed cost estimates and bid proposals for commercial construction projects.
• Ability to review project plans and specifications.
• Skill in soliciting subcontractor/vendor pricing.
• Experience in developing competitive bid strategies.
• Ability to coordinate with project management, leadership, and clients.
• Experience in evaluating opportunities for value engineering.
• Ability to maintain estimating databases.
• Skill in identifying qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
• Experience in participating in pre-bid meetings.
• Ability to assist with contract negotiations and project handoff.
• Experience in supporting business development efforts.
