About The Position

As a Rental Dispatcher, you’ll coordinate equipment movement, support rental transactions, and work closely with sales and operations to provide a smooth rental experience for customers and internal teams. The role involves managing delivery, pickup, and daily trucking schedules; supporting rental transactions from initiation through completion; coordinating documentation and billing; following up on active rentals; and maintaining accurate records for reporting and billing. The dispatcher collaborates with sales, service, logistics, and other internal groups to resolve issues and support customer needs in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in Austin, Texas, serving customers in the region’s construction industry.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused approach, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Collaborative approach to supporting customer needs and resolving issues across teams.
• Strong verbal, written, and computer skills.
• Valid work authorization and ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment delivery, pickup, and daily trucking schedules to meet customer and operational needs.

• Follow up on active rentals to support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
