At Rexco Equipment, we don't just sell machines - we build the relationships that help contractors get their work done. As our next Outside Sales Rep, you'll be out in the field every day, connecting with customers, solving equipment challenges, and growing a book of business that's truly your own. You'll own a book of business and the relationships in it. That means staying in touch (16+ calls/text/day) and getting face-to-face with customers (4+ meetings/day), understanding their equipment needs through a real discovery process, and managing the full sales cycle - from trade evaluations and quotes through financing and delivery. You'll log everything in our CRM, stay sharp on market trends and competitor activity, and consistently build the kind of loyalty that keeps customers coming back. This isn't an inside role. Expect to have boots on the ground, out with your customers 80% of the time.
